Congratulations to Fanqi Gong and the entire volunteer team for their effort to establish Ottawa Section’s first Student Chapter in Photonics the IEEE University Ottawa Student Branch Photonics Chapter! The team did an excellent work to get it started. We strongly believe they will build upon their hard work and create a lot of interesting and beneficial activities vin the years to come. At the same time they need support from all of us. Please reach out to them, offer them your time, advice, or give a speech at their activities, whatever you can and feel like to.
