IEEE Ottawa Section receives the 2010 Large Section Award

IEEE Ottawa Section was recognized at the Sections Congress 2011 through
Large Section Award, during the inauguration ceremony. You can watch the
ceremony through IEEE-TV. The clip of section receiving the award is
between 17-20 minutes after the start of the TV.
