The IEEE presentation is intended to introduce aspiring consultants to the fundamentals of consulting to management, and to provide useful tips to those who have been in the business for some time now. Short bio: Mr. Venczel brings the practical perspective to the presentation by drawing upon his twenty-plus years of management and consulting experience. He is the Founder of Bivium (Bivium), a management consulting company, and the Co-Founder of WAW Technologies Inc. (WAW Technologies), a high-tech company, both based in Ottawa. He also sits on a few professional organization’s local and international Boards of Directors. Mr. Venczel is a Sprott School of Business Professional Programs Instructor, and has been invited to speak at various events in the past. His interests and expertise are in the areas of entrepreneurship, business strategy, finance and accounting, corporate risk management and project management.
