IEEE Ottawa Section Executive Slate
This is an official announcement of the IEEE Ottawa Section executive slate, and a Call for Nominations of the Section Executive, which is open to the IEEE Ottawa Section membership.
The IEEE Ottawa Section Nominations and Appointments Committee proposes the following nominees, who have agreed to serve, if elected, as the 2021 IEEE Ottawa Section Executive.

IEEE Ottawa Section 76th Annual General Meeting
This year due to the public health concerns and restrictions on public gathering due to the COVID-19, 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IEEE Ottawa Section will be held using virtual meeting tools on 5th November 2020 at 6:30 PM. Registration is required to attend the meeting and also for voting. The link to the virtual meeting will be emailed one day prior to the meeting. The business of the meeting is to approve the budget and elect the section executive for 2021.
To vote at the AGM one has to be an IEEE member (Graduate Student level or higher) in good standing. Online registrations are now open until the midnight of 3rd November 2020 at: https://events.vtools.ieee.org/m/242973
IEEE membership number is required for the registration.

IEEE Ottawa Section presents every year at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) the Year IEEE Ottawa Section Awards as recognition for its members, volunteers, chapters, affinity groups and student branches as well as recognition and appreciation for the industry and organizations. Please take this opportunity to accomplish something good and of great value to our profession and engineering community by submitting your nominations to a colleague, group, company or organization for recognition by an award from our section.
This year, because of COVID-19, the Awards Ceremony will be held as a virtual event.
