BIOGRAPHY: Carleton University alumnus with B. Eng. Degree in Computer Systems. He is currently working as a Software Engineer in Cisco Systems.
Joing IEEE WIE Ottawa in attending Male Allyship in STEM Panel Discussion. The panel will include a complimentary lunch for a discussion of the roles and
responsibilities men can have in creating a positive and sustainable
impact in support of women in science and engineering, including
conversations about:
- The allyship continuum, from apathy to advocacy
- Challenges with allyship
- Examples of how men can support women in science and engineering

Looking for a coop or a job? Want to make an impression at the networking events and during an interview. IEEE WIE Carleton and IEEE WIE Ottawa Section are teaming up to present an Interview and Networking Workshop. It will have two stations geared to get you ready for the coop or job hunt. The first half of the event will give you a chance to answer interview questions and be given feedback from professionals and hiring managers of all engineering fields. The second half focuses on how to make the right first impression at a networking event. Then stay for the mini networking session at the end of the night to try out your new skills. FREE food is provided and the knowledge you keep. See you there.

Go Code Girl! provides an exciting opportunity for girls in grades 6 to 12 (groups
will be split by age range)Â to learn about the exciting world of coding
and software development, and to discover opportunities in computing
and engineering fields. Combining technology and craft, the girls will
bring creation to life and meet awesome mentors! This event will equip
girls with the digital skills needed for today’s digital world.
