Technology Management Council, Professional Communication Society and Society on Social Implications of Technology Joint Chapter

UN and IEEE Humanitarian Technology Challenge

Overview:

The Humanitarian Technology Challenge (HTC) is a three year partnership between the IEEE and the United Nations Foundation. It is the first time that a major humanitarian organization and a major technology association have formed an up-front, collaborative
relationship, to: Bring a more systematic approach to applying technology to solve world problems; Identify three challenges and drive solutions that are implementable and sustainable; Formulate solutions through a combination of workshops and the use of online collaboration tool(s). Join us to learn more about it and to join in the effort (http://www.ieeehtc.org/).

Target Audience:  Managers, and professionals in all disciplines
